Well I have to admit this is my first time using a sweat suit. I very frequently workout in a hoodie to get an extra bit of sweat and get my temperature up quicker but never a sweat suit like this. Let me just say it does its job. I wore a long sleeve shirt under this jacket as I do not like the material sticking to my skin when I start sweating and the shirt was so soaked by the end it looked like you had just pulled it out of a tub full of water. This thing for sure helps you sweat.
